Wrap Around Support

SUPPORTING

THE TEAM

Team members benefit from wrap-around social services provided by our case manager, wherein each refugee has an individualized support plan with components such as health, finances, housing, education, family, legal, and mental wellbeing. Both at the Farm and Studio, our refugee team receives continued learning opportunities, including English Language Instruction (ELI) during the workweek.

At the Studio, seamstresses can participate in yoga classes twice a month to promote mental and physical wellness.

At the Farm, our driver transports refugee farmers to and from the Farm in Elgin, TX, to eliminate a transportation barrier.

Refugees, especially refugee women, have increased access to resources and agency, which allows them to contribute to the family unit and give them a sense of empowerment, community and belonging.
